Tax time is back again. I love it. I get to sit in the old Washington Mutual building again. I have pictures waiting to be loaded, hopefully later those will find their way here. I love this job. It's frustrating and sometimes tense when you're in the middle a really big return and they have their kids with them yelling and screaming, and they just want to go home! I love it though. The pay is wonderful, and I have plenty of time to Blog, do the FB thing, and do homework.
January was quite the ride.

My parent's house is getting full. Abdul and his mom moved in on the 31st. She has breast cancer and is currently doing chemo and needs around the clock care and who better to do this than my mother who already has a zillion things going on in her life. But when someone is in need no matter how busy she is she takes time out to help.
We just found out my beautiful younger sister, Lisa, has cervical cancer. This is yet to be told to anyone, so if anyone actually reads this do not bring it up. It is a very hard thing she has going on right now, when she's ready to talk about it she will. She goes in Feb. 8th to see the different options she has, which I have slightly researched online and it seems like all will be very painful. She goes into surgery the morning of the 10th. Keep her in your prayers.
The thing Lisa and I have been waiting for most is finally in her possesion. Michael Jackson's This Is It DVD. We've been waiting for this to come out. We know it's a little silly but we want to see it! She gave me this great news Sunday.
Yesterday was my official last cashier shift at Old Farm Market. It was hard to see all my regulars and have to tell them that I'd no longer be working there. I've worked there for just under 3 years now. Craig was a great boss and gave me the first opportunity I've ever had to practice some accounting skills. I will miss my two "boyfriends" coming in and having their coffee and harrasing the other employees.
It is now time for 7- eleven to take over. blah. I was supposed to talk to Sheila today to see if they needed anyone to work part of the graveyard shift but she decided to come in at noon, and I'm already at the wonderful jackson hewitt. I guess I could take that as a sign that I'm not supposed to work there. Maybe it's a sign that i should really get into my business idea. And work on school. We'll see I guess.
