Rainy Days

Gray skies, and a light fog. The weather sure does know how to show its personality. I have to admit, I love rainy days. I love both the gray skies and the fog. I really wish I could remember to bring that stinkin' cord so I can put pictures with my posts, instead of having to find some off the internet. Days like this make me feel bright and cheery. I love grabbing a cup of tea and sitting under a warm blanket reading a good book, but today I am yet again in Jackson Hewitt watching the traffic pass by. Sometimes I feel as though time has stopped in this room with me, but outside these walls and windows time is moving so quickly.

I'm beginning to see life grabbing the attention of people around me. Lisa particularly. She was traveling to pick out in her words "her weiny dog". When her front tires locked up, the brakes felt funny and the steering wheel froze. After a couple spins in the middle of the freeway her car finally came to a stop. She's shaken up pretty badly, but no injuries except for I'm sure a empty heart without that little "weiny dog".

Or Skyler getting suspended for work for a co-workers mistake. He's not supposed to be there, but hasn't found the place he should be. Life works in mysterious ways. Calm, plain and boring for quite sometime then out of no where it strikes ya like lightening. I am waiting for my lightening strike. It's been a bit since something has come to add spice to my life.

Valentines day was wonderful. I love my husband very much and I hope he knows that. He definitely had me at hello.
