A year to definitely remember....

So I saw my wonderful friend April do this and I loved it! It's a great way to let everyone take a peak into your life, and I think it's a great way to remember the past year.

January...

Skyler and I started the process of picking out everything for a brand new build! :) We were so excited too bad it never worked out. We also decide th at I will not go in for the next Depo Shot, so we can start trying for a family! This is probably the best news I've ever gotten from Skyler.

Also, Chris & Dena move their little family all the way to Texas! :( I miss them... We did take pictures before they left though....

February...

Our first Valentine's day together as a married couple. Both of us had to work sadly, but we did make time for him to stop by my work and eat a pizza with me. Rachel and I had a sister's Valentines day together. I love her.

These are the kinds of things we love to do together! We're the only ones in our family that have enough talent and enough spare time to do this. This is an old picture but I love it!

March...

I don't think anything happened in March. I'm pretty sure it's just the same old same old. I should really try and keep track of things better.

April...

My 20th birthday! How exciting :) Thought we were pregnant... but nope... I'm finally finished with Jackson Hewitt for this Tax season! Good-bye ugly bank office!

May...

Cadin turns 1 and we put an offer on a house! Due to too much drama and gossip I quit my job at the gas station and enjoyed a month at home. We also start the loan process for our house! Exciting!! :) I never knew there would be so much paper work!

June...

We got it! We moved into our new house and immediately started making it our home. Steven & Cadin moved in too! Oh and we got our little puppy Scout!

I absolutely love him! He loves to sit right there on my shoulder when I drive.
I also get asked back to Old Farm Market to take over the books for a few weeks while the lady is gone... finally some accounting experience!

July...

Family reunion time! St. George and one in Nephi, boy was that quite the trip.

August...

Our 1 year! Skyler and I went to dinner( I believe at Lorena's.) And stayed up late watching movies (Obsessed was one of them) and dancing to our wedding CD. I started school again, a little weary but I went with it. I start working as a cashier on Sunday's at Old Farm Market. Opening shift is kicking my butt so far. But I'm starting to like the extra money and I reconnect with my customers.

September...

October...

Skyler turn 24! He's growing up so fast! I painted our living room finally! Yet again we have high hopes of being pregnant and the same day of Skyler's birthday we find out we're not and to make it that much better I find a lump in my breast... (just absolutely lovely) causing us to cancel our baby plans until further notice. Skyler, Cadin and I dress up as bees for Halloween. I think we only have a picture of Cadin.

November...

I go to see a radiologist and he says it's a tumor. With that news we opt for a quick answer and I get a biopsy done. Boy was that an experience to remember. I walk in the day of my surgery. They have me go to this changing area in the back and sit there with a few other women in just my jeans and a cape that snaps up by neck and opens up front. Awkward! Gotta love sitting there half dressed trying to hold your boobs in. When they call me back I go to the room. AHH! To my left I see a tray with guaze (sp?) on it covered with blood! I figured they had killed someone before I came. Turns out it was just the cleaning stuff. But enough about that. We find out that its not cancerous and it's there because of that lovely b.c. shot I decided to take. Blasted thing.

December...

Our first Christmas in our house! My Skyler buys me a beautiful wedding band to match the other, to make my ring complete. We got lots of wonderful gifts from everyone! Amber and I decided to start our own business and get a game plan. We went to see the temple lights as a family and I road the train for the first time in my life! I got the big news that there will no longer be and Old Farm Market. Old man Boyer is selling it to 7-11 after 23 years of business. They have no place for me... relieved yes... hurt... yes... going to miss customers... most definitely...
